This short course aims to help you to understand how what we do as human beings impacts our health and wellbeing. You will apply the principles to yourself and others. Concepts such as occupational engagement, occupational balance and the ‘dark side’ of occupation will all be explored and related to current trends in occupational therapy practice.

What you will study

  • 6 scheduled 1 hour evening online seminars every 2 weeks
